PROPOSAL TO IMPLEMENT A CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM THROUGH EXPRESS MART PLUS CARD Abstract Due to the increase in competition in the Retail Industry, we must impose a new marketing strategy to retain our current customers. Our main strategy is to create a reward program for customers through XM Plus Card Rewards Program. Encode the number of the gift certificate using the barcode reader Step 2. Press the XM button on the P.O.S. counter to deduct the necessary points from the XM Plus Card. Step 3. Instruct the customer to sign their name on the duplicate receipt. Step 4. Keep the receipt for record purposes and turn them over to the respective Store Supervisor. 2.2.2 Management Training The Programmer is responsible for designing the XM Plus Card Rewards Program, incorporating the program into the current Point-of-Sale System, designing the software that will create each XM Plus Card and training the Area Accountants on the XM Plus Card Rewards Program.
